Summer Pasta

imageI am so excited… here comes the first recipe ! A very simple one that anyone can easily cook.

Overall time : 12 minutes

Price : low (1-2 $ per serving)

Ingredients :

  • Pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes.
  • Fresh basil leaves 
  • Tomato sauce
  • Goat cheese (only if you like it of course)

The idea is to get as many colors as possible in your plate : the more colorful - the more healthy ! Feel free to add any colorful thing : carrots - broccoli

Start by cooking the quantity of pasta you want (about 3-4 oz per person), then drain them and add the rest of the ingredients…Voilà ! It’s ready to eat !

Late Summer harvest

I was blessed to join the garden in the Halo Green garden just in time for the Late Summer harvest. On the menu are :

  • Sweet & juicy watermelon
  • Lettuce and cabbage
  • Tomatoes
  • Green beans and hum… bugs(!)
